Alright, yes, again, English idioms from The Teacher of BBC.

This time is the bean idiom.

Bean...as in Mr Bean...green bean...red bean...coffee bean...that bean, haha!

OKay, here comes:

1) to be full of beans - to be full of energy
2) I haven't got a bean - no money at all
3) spill the beans - to tell secret

Exercise time again, haha:

Alright. I am still full of beans now, although I did some strenous exercise after I come back from work. This afternoon I was talking to one of my close colleagues, I told her to just spill the beans. She said, she wanted to borrow some money from me, she hasn't got a bean...oh my...I'll think about it...
